Summary

This study is testing an artificial intelligence system that can identify snake species from photos taken by patients or witnesses. The goal is to help emergency doctors quickly know whether a snake is venomous and which species it is, so they can give the right treatment faster. Researchers will enroll 400 adults with snakebites across 10 hospitals in Zhejiang, China, and compare the AI's identification with the doctors' judgment.
