AI scans could reveal which Patients' lungs are at greatest risk

NCT ID NCT06472362

Summary

This study aims to see if a computer program (AI) can analyze old chest CT scans to predict which patients with scleroderma-related lung scarring will get worse. It will look at about 1,000 patients' past scans and health records to find patterns. The goal is to help doctors identify patients who need urgent treatment and those who may not, improving care decisions.
