Summary
This study tests a smartphone platform that uses artificial intelligence to help liver transplant patients manage their own care after surgery. About 133 adults who have received a liver transplant and can use a smartphone will take part. The goal is to see if the platform improves patients' confidence, daily health habits, and quality of life, and reduces emergency visits or infections.
