Robot doctor takes over oxygen control in hospitals
NCT ID NCT06374225
Summary
This study is testing whether an automated system can better control oxygen levels for hospitalized patients with serious injuries or illnesses. It compares the AI system, which adjusts oxygen flow automatically, to the standard method where nurses manually adjust it. The goal is to keep patients in a safe oxygen range, avoid harm from incorrect levels, and potentially reduce overall oxygen use.
