AI scans could spot deadly uterine cancer earlier

NCT ID NCT07269535

Summary

This study aims to test a new artificial intelligence (AI) tool designed to help doctors tell the difference between common, non-cancerous uterine fibroids and a rare, aggressive cancer called uterine sarcoma using MRI scans. It will involve 500 women who are already scheduled for surgery or long-term monitoring for a uterine tumor. The goal is to see if this computer model works reliably in real-world clinics to help identify high-risk patients earlier and guide their care.
