First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 01, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study will test whether an artificial intelligence model can accurately detect and diagnose kidney tumors and cysts using standard CT scans that don't require contrast dye. Researchers will analyze scans from 10,000 patients to see if the AI can tell the difference between harmless cysts, benign growths, and malignant tumors. The goal is to make kidney tumor screening faster, safer, and more accessible.
