First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study surveys 500 corresponding authors from top medical journals to understand their attitudes, perceptions, and self-reported use of artificial intelligence in research. Participants complete an anonymous online questionnaire about AI tools for idea generation, literature review, data analysis, writing, and publishing. The goal is to gather insights that could shape future ethical guidelines and journal policies—no medical treatment or health data is involved.
