AI steps in to boost colon cancer screening for younger adults
NCT ID NCT07230795
Summary
This study is testing if a computer program (AI) can better identify 45 to 49-year-olds who are behind on colon cancer screening and might be at higher risk. Those flagged by the AI will be offered extra help from a patient navigator to complete either a stool test or a colonoscopy. The goal is to see if this targeted approach gets more people screened and finds problems earlier.
