AI and a finger prick: a faster way to find hidden heart failure?
NCT ID NCT07372651
Summary
This study aims to find a simpler way to screen for heart failure in people with pacemakers. Researchers will test if a quick, AI-guided handheld heart scan or a simple finger-prick blood test can be as accurate as a longer, expert-led ultrasound. The goal is to make screening faster, cheaper, and more accessible for the 150 participants with pacemakers.
