AI vs. heart attacks: can your phone save your life?

Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app powered by artificial intelligence (AI) can help young adults (18-45) who have had early heart disease stay healthier after leaving the hospital. Researchers want to see if the app, which provides reminders, tracks health data, and offers support, leads to fewer deaths, heart attacks, strokes, and return hospital visits compared to standard paper instructions. About 4,900 participants will use the app to monitor their health and follow personalized advice on diet, exercise, and medications for one year.
