Summary

This study will develop an artificial intelligence model that combines heart MRI scans and patient data to predict long-term risks after a heart attack. Researchers will enroll 800 patients who have had a severe type of heart attack (STEMI) and undergone emergency artery-opening treatment. Participants will receive a heart MRI about one week later and be followed for six months to track any major heart events. The goal is to create a tool that helps doctors identify high-risk patients sooner.
