Summary
This study tests a community program that uses an AI app and health coaches to help people with metabolic syndrome improve their eating habits and lower their risk of heart disease. About 316 adults aged 21 to 65 with a large waist and other risk factors will take part. The program focuses on diet, exercise, and managing emotions through lifestyle changes.
