AI scans your gut bugs to spot cancer risk
NCT ID NCT06174233
Summary
This study aims to develop a better at-home stool test for predicting colon cancer risk. Researchers will analyze the gut bacteria from 2,500 adults aged 50-75 who are already scheduled for a colonoscopy. They will combine this analysis with artificial intelligence to see if it can more accurately identify people who need a follow-up colonoscopy than the standard FIT test.
