VR goggles vs. headphones: can tech ease new Moms' pain without drugs?
NCT ID NCT07445711
Summary
This study tests whether non-drug methods can reduce pain during postpartum uterine checks. First-time mothers who had vaginal births will try either guided imagery (listening to a calming audio story) or watching an AI-generated video through VR goggles during the check. Researchers will compare these methods to see which better eases pain and lowers stress.
