NCT ID NCT07259278
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app and wearable device, powered by artificial intelligence, can safely and effectively guide home exercise for adults with stable coronary heart disease. Researchers want to see if this AI platform helps people get fitter, stay more active, and better manage their heart health compared to usual post-hospital care. The goal is to provide a better tool for long-term recovery and reducing future heart problems.
