Summary
This study will test whether a special training program using AI-powered video games can help people recover after a stroke. It will involve 40 stroke survivors in Egypt to see if the games improve their thinking skills, arm function, and hand strength. The games are designed to adapt to each person's ability to keep them engaged and challenged.
