AI steps in as your personal stroke rehab coach at home

NCT ID NCT07138495

Summary

This study is testing whether adding artificial intelligence (AI) to a home video game therapy system can help people recover arm movement after a stroke. About 192 people who had a stroke at least six months ago will use the therapy system at home, with or without AI guidance, or receive their usual care. Researchers want to see if the AI helps therapists personalize exercises better to improve recovery.
