Computers scan records to find hidden asthma sufferers

NCT ID NCT06389058

Summary

This study is testing whether artificial intelligence (AI) can automatically and accurately identify people with severe asthma by scanning their electronic health records. It will analyze the records of over 31,000 people to see if the AI's findings match expert doctor diagnoses. The goal is to create a better tool to find eligible patients for future asthma treatment studies and understand current care patterns.
