AI fights frailty: new tech predicts and treats muscle loss in aging

Summary
This study is testing a new AI system designed to better predict and treat age-related muscle loss, known as sarcopenia. It will first analyze health data from thousands of people to build a prediction model. Then, 120 adults aged 50-70 will try a 12-week personalized program of exercise and nutrition, guided by the AI and monitored with wearable sensors, to see if it improves their muscle health.
