Summary

This study tested a computer program that learns to tell the difference between infantile spasms (a serious seizure type) and harmless movements in videos recorded by parents. Researchers used 61 infants' videos to train the AI. The goal is to help doctors diagnose infantile spasms faster, so treatment can start sooner and improve the child's development.
