AI vs. cancer: new computer vision aims to spot deadly tumors doctors miss
NCT ID NCT07395570
Summary
This study is testing a new computer system designed to help doctors find early stomach cancer during routine exams. High-risk patients will have two back-to-back endoscopies: one with the AI system turned off, and one with it turned on to see if it spots growths the doctor missed. The goal is to see if this AI assistant can make cancer detection more accurate, which is crucial because finding cancer early dramatically improves survival.
