Artificial intelligence joins the fight against gut cancer
NCT ID NCT04937647
Summary
This study is testing whether artificial intelligence (AI) software can help doctors better detect and identify early-stage growths in the stomach and colon during routine camera examinations. It involves about 1,650 adults who are already scheduled for a standard endoscopy. The research collects video and images from these procedures to train and test the AI, but it does not change a patient's care or require any extra tests.
