First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests an AI system called FM-VEGF-CDSS that helps doctors decide the best time for anti-VEGF eye injections in people with wet age-related macular degeneration, diabetic macular edema, or retinal vein occlusion. The AI looks at eye scans and medical records to suggest treatment intervals. The trial will enroll 160 participants and measure how accurate the AI's recommendations are compared to standard care.
