AI steps into the operating room as a teaching assistant for anesthesia trainees
NCT ID NCT06667401
Summary
This study tested whether a new artificial intelligence (AI) tool could help teach anesthesia residents how to perform ultrasound-guided nerve blocks. Twenty residents with no prior experience used the AI device during training. Researchers wanted to see if the AI made the teaching process easier and helped residents learn the procedure faster.
