AI steps in as a second pair of eyes to find hidden gland problems in common scans
NCT ID NCT07198152
Summary
This study is testing a new artificial intelligence (AI) software designed to automatically find nodules on the adrenal glands during routine low-dose chest CT scans. Researchers will use images from 600 adults to train and validate the AI's accuracy. The goal is to create a reliable tool that helps doctors spot these often-incidental findings more consistently.
