AI eye scans aim to spot Vision-Threatening changes
NCT ID NCT07074041
Summary
This study tested whether a computer analysis technique called 'radiomics' could help doctors better diagnose changes in vitelliform lesions, which are deposits in the eye that can harm vision. Researchers analyzed detailed eye scans from 50 adults with these lesions. The goal was to see if the computer could spot subtle differences that might indicate a more serious, treatable form of the condition.
