NCT ID NCT06859216
First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether artificial intelligence can create easy-to-understand summaries of eye doctor notes. About 460 adults receiving eye care will either get standard notes or notes with an AI-generated plain language summary. Participants will answer surveys right after their visit and a week later to see if the summaries help them understand their diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care better.
