Summary

This study tests whether a personalized exercise program created by artificial intelligence can improve knee movement and reduce pain in people with rheumatoid arthritis. About 147 adults with mild to moderate arthritis will be split into three groups: one using the AI system, one using standard paper exercise instructions, and one getting usual care. The program lasts 6 weeks, and participants will be followed for 6 months to see how their joints and quality of life change.
