Summary
This study tested an artificial intelligence system called EndoBRAIN that helps doctors instantly tell whether a colon polyp is cancerous or harmless during a colonoscopy. 680 adults with colorectal lesions took part. The goal was to see if the AI could accurately diagnose polyps without needing to remove them for lab testing, which could save time and reduce costs.
