AI vs. human experts: the battle to pick the perfect embryo

NCT ID NCT07383480

Summary

This study tested whether an artificial intelligence (AI) system could help select the best embryos for in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Researchers looked back at data from 333 women who underwent IVF to see if the AI's embryo rankings matched those of trained embryologists and predicted successful pregnancies better. The goal was to see if this technology could improve decision-making and increase the chances of having a baby through IVF.
