First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated Apr 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study aims to see if new artificial intelligence (AI) software can improve heart scans for people receiving chemotherapy. Researchers will compare the AI-enhanced scans to standard heart scans and MRI images in 120 patients. The goal is to find out if the AI can more accurately and quickly detect early signs of heart damage, a known side effect of some cancer treatments.
