First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 12-month program that combines AI-guided brain exercises with coaching from a therapist can help older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) improve their memory and thinking. About 130 people aged 65 and older with MCI will be randomly assigned to either the AI program plus usual care, or usual care alone. The main goal is to see if the program boosts cognitive test scores after 6 months.
