Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone-based AI chatbot can help people aged 65 and older eat healthier and be more active. About 84 older adults will use the chatbot for a short time, and researchers will measure how acceptable and easy it is to use. The goal is to see if this technology can support healthy lifestyle changes in older adults.
