Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app with an AI chatbot is a practical and helpful tool for family caregivers. It aims to help 60 caregivers of people with brain injuries, dementia, or Huntington's disease manage their own physical and mental health over 8 weeks. The main goal is to see if caregivers find the app easy and acceptable to use in their daily lives.
