AI and No-Needle MRI could revolutionize breast cancer screening
NCT ID NCT07205276
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study aims to see if an artificial intelligence (AI) model can accurately detect early breast cancer using MRI scans that do not require a contrast dye injection. Researchers will collect MRI images from 30,000 women aged 30-70 and train the AI to find cancer signs. If successful, this approach could offer a safer, more accessible screening option for women, especially those with dense breast tissue.
