Can a computer coach save your memory?

NCT ID NCT07474038

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-month program combining video therapy sessions with daily AI-guided brain exercises can help older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). 130 participants will be randomly assigned to either try this new program or continue with their usual care. Researchers will measure changes in memory, thinking skills, mood, and loneliness over 6 and 12 months to see if the AI-supported approach works better.
