Summary
This study aims to develop and validate a new blood test for early detection of colorectal cancer and advanced precancerous growths. Researchers will combine molecular markers found in blood with patient risk factors and clinical data, using artificial intelligence to create an accurate diagnostic algorithm. The study involves 510 participants who are scheduled for colonoscopy or tumor surgery, comparing those with cancer or advanced growths to healthy individuals.
