Summary
This study tested a new type of blood test that uses artificial intelligence to look for tiny signs of hidden cancer spread in patients with a type of bile duct cancer. The goal was to see if this test could accurately identify patients whose cancer had already spread in ways that standard scans can't see, before they undergo surgery. This information could help doctors better plan treatment for each patient.
