AI brain monitor aims to predict stroke damage before it happens
NCT ID NCT06069973
Summary
This study aims to develop an early warning system for a dangerous complication called delayed cerebral ischemia, which can cause more brain damage after a stroke. Researchers will use machine learning to analyze brain signals and test blood for specific proteins to see if they can predict this complication before it fully develops. The goal is to give doctors a heads-up so they can intervene sooner to protect the patient's brain.
