AI-Powered games could help seniors prevent dangerous falls
NCT ID NCT06596993
Summary
This study is testing a new technology-based exercise system designed to help older adults improve their balance and prevent falls. Researchers will use body-worn sensors and artificial intelligence to create personalized training games that adjust to each person's movement patterns. The goal is to see if this smart system is more effective than standard exercises at improving stability and reducing fall risk in adults aged 18-80 who can walk independently.
