AI avatar steps in to help workers with depression
NCT ID NCT07436117
Summary
This study is testing whether a self-guided mental health program led by an artificial intelligence (AI) avatar can help employees who are experiencing symptoms of depression. About 50-80 adults in the UK will be randomly assigned to either try the online program immediately or wait and continue with their usual support. Researchers will use questionnaires and interviews to see if the program improves mood, reduces anxiety, and helps people function better at work.
