AI takes on heart failure: could a computer save your life?

Summary
This study tests whether an artificial intelligence (AI) system can help doctors choose the best medications for people with heart failure. About 1,200 participants from 60 hospitals will be enrolled. Hospitals are randomly assigned to either use the AI tool or continue standard care. The goal is to see if AI guidance reduces hospitalizations and heart-related deaths over 12 months.
