Summary
This study looks at people who have chest pain but no blocked arteries. It tests whether artificial intelligence and special ECG recordings can better find problems in the heart's small blood vessels. The goal is to make diagnosis easier and more accurate without needing extra invasive procedures. 250 adults will take part.
