Summary
This study is testing an artificial intelligence system that helps doctors find precancerous polyps (called adenomas) in the colon during a colonoscopy. The AI analyzes images from a special scope to predict which polyps are dangerous. Researchers will enroll 4,000 adults to see if the AI can improve accuracy and explain its reasoning, making it more trustworthy for doctors.
