Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized smartphone app can help teenagers and young adults quit using e-cigarettes. Researchers will enroll 100 adolescents aged 14-20 who vape and want to quit. The app uses an AI chatbot and real-time craving support to provide motivation and coping strategies, comparing immediate access to delayed access to see which timing works better.
