Summary
This study is testing a new smartphone app designed to help people recover from a stroke. The app creates a personalized 'digital twin' model of the patient to guide daily rehabilitation exercises. Researchers want to see if 30 stroke survivors find the app easy to use and helpful over a 6-week period, compared to their usual rehab care.
