First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app called Medilepsy®, which uses artificial intelligence to personalize reminders, can help underserved teens and young adults (ages 14-24) with epilepsy take their anti-seizure medicine more consistently. Participants will use either the AI version or a standard version of the app for a period of time. The goal is to see if the AI version improves medication adherence and readiness to transition to adult healthcare.
