Summary

This study follows 600 adults living in two different neighborhoods in Texas to see if having a community farm nearby helps people eat better, move more, and improve heart health. Participants will have their diet, activity, weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar checked over time. The goal is to learn whether this kind of neighborhood design can make people healthier.
