Summary

This study tests a new drug called AGMB-129 in about 100 people with Crohn's disease who have painful bowel narrowing (strictures). The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can reduce the need for surgery. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks, with an option to continue treatment for almost a year.
