NCT ID NCT07202403
Summary
This study is testing whether spermidine, a dietary supplement, affects biological markers related to aging in healthy adults. Ten participants will take increasing doses over three months while researchers monitor safety and measure changes in immune and metabolic markers. The goal is to gather information about how spermidine affects the body, not to treat or prevent any specific disease.
